At Stööki, we want you to be completely satisfied with your handcrafted fashion pieces, which is why we offer a 14-day return period from the date of delivery. Please ensure items are returned in their original, unworn condition with all packaging intact to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization form.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original Stööki branded packaging to prevent damage during transit, ensuring all tags remain attached.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Label your package clearly and send it back to our London studio using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost parcels.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our artisans have inspected the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
